Thank you for shopping with Mercy Merchant! Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify.
Order Processing All orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and value of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after fulfillment
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after fulfillment (where available)
International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding Europe. International delivery times are typically 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination and customs processing. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or has a misprint, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
